In the dilapidated factory building, the first step of Joeone was made. Without any equipment, they bought several second-hand sewing machines and cutting beds. The remaining sewing machine scissors stools were all brought by the workers themselves; Despite the challenging conditions, the workers are demanded to take at least one-month training before going to the production line to guarantee quality of the products.
